Muster forces to Aleppo Syria

Syria again held Hundreds of anti-government demonstrations in the city of Aleppo. Syrian troops were deployed to quell the demonstration.

Omar Idlbi, an activist from Lebanon, said that currently the residents held a massive protest in Aleppo, security forces suddenly appeared to use batons to disperse the protests.

"Is the key city of Aleppo in Syria, a demonstration held in this city would be enough to help smooth the Syrian revolution," said another activist was quoted as saying by Reuters on Friday (07/01/2011).

Although blocked by the anti-government demonstrators, mass pro-government are also often expressed its support by taking to the streets and called for catchphrase.

Anti-government demonstrations in Syria occurred on 15 March and caused 1300 people were killed. Syria's got a lot of criticism from Western countries and also from human rights activists.
