Tips for Maintaining Memory

Perhaps many of us are not aware of the disruption in our memory until we realize it, usually the situation that has developed with a fairly heavy level.

But not to worry, experts agree many of us can

maintain memory as you get older and more easily when you

apply theory in practice, all the better. So stop

worried about something and try some of these tips for

get a better memory.

1. Sports. Physical activity makes the heart pumping and muscles

move-even just by walking everyday will increase

blood supply and nutrients to the brain.

2. Enough sleep. Fatigue will disrupt the information we have

store, as well as your ability to learn something new.

But enough sleep at night will help your memory

functioning.

3. Be careful with supplements. Many claims were made about the greatness

vitamin C, E, ginkgo biloba herbal supplements to increase power

remember, but scientists do not unanimously acknowledged efficacy

supplement. Instead, get the vitamins you need

through healthy eating and consult a dietitian or doctor

before trying the supplement.

4. Controlling stress. Stress makes you think it is not clear and can be

interfere with a good memory. While the sources of stress may be outside

your control, you can teach your body to respond to the situation

different from the practice of yoga or relaxation therafi.

5. Treating depression. If you have problems with memory

insomnia and feel anxious and desperate, you may suffer

depression. When this situation is treated effectively, your memory

should be improved.

6. Supervise treatment. Some antidepressants, antihistamines and

high blood pressure medications can weaken the memory. If you find

this problem, talk to your doctor. Do not ever stop

receive prescription drugs without medical advice.

7. Do it over and over. Say something out loud and repeat several

time will help to remember.

8. Games. To stimulate memory, try to try

games like chess or Scrabble.

9. Keep learning. Learning a new language, take courses and attend

tuition is one way to sharpen your memory.

10. Learning with the figures. Remembering telephone numbers, credit card numbers

or passward is a way to keep growing your memory.
