LONDON (Reuters CAIRO) - Nearly 10,000 people came to the tax department to declare that they have a store of money hidden in bank accounts abroad.

Those who have done it now must make full disclosure - either through the files as of January 31, 2010, or online as of March 12 this year - about how much money they hide in foreign countries and then pay off the unpaid tax.

They must calculate not only the unpaid tax up to 20 years back, but also the accompanying flowers, and a penalty of 10%.

This was said not long after Darling said there would be a 0.5% rise in National Insurance in Britain and 1% of public payment settlement began in 2011.

The increase, which was limited only to those with incomes of more than £ 20,000 per year, will hit about 10 million workers.

According to estimates by the Ministry of Finance, a person who has an income of £ 30,000 will be £ 90 per year worse off and those with £ 40,000 would be £ 190 worse off, while those with income of £ 10,000 per year will be £ 110 better.

(Photo: surftbay.com)The founder of Twitter, Evan Williams, last week shut down the Web 2.0 Summitdi San Francisco to speak frankly about the firm bisnisnya.Secara he said Microblogging services have a plan for a profitable future.
In 2004, PC Magazine bestowed Magazine "People of the Year" to Evan Williams with friends in the bloggers, though in the same year Evan Williams out of google and their own companies, that is Twitter, social networking services currently on the rise.
This year Williams was talking a lot at the annual forum that, unlike previous years the stingy way. To the point, the moderator at the conference, John Battelle, underscoring that Williams "has begun to answer any questions that arise".
Williams admits, he needs time to recognize and promote the trend of tweets, which serves as an ad. In addition, he considers the companies have reason to be careful if going to do it.
"We can not put something in front of someone if they do not care about it because not everything will work as promotion. But now, the trend of increasing conversation about a topic reaches 3-6 times, "Williams said as quoted by CNNMoney.
However, the man who was born March 31, 1972 was not willing to say much about the numbers or a specific dollar value of related projects in the future. He only confirmed that the calculation is quite good in the products promoted and make the most advertisers look to use the medium.
"There are a million ways to make money through Twitter. I'm sure we'll try it again, "said William.
William conscious, to compete in the Internet business, it must always make innovation. So, he and his team to develop a launch of "New Twitter" last summer.
Diusungnya One innovation is to make the layout and social features such as "Who to Follow".
"We were in the previous transition period, we only have very little time to perform product upgrades. That is why we must use all the time we had, "said Williams.
He added, already earn points that his company has the time and resources to do some improvement this year. Williams, who previously worked on software management company, Pyra Labs, admitted that he himself had experienced the transition period on Twitter.
This was indicated by the deposit of title chief executive officer (CEO) on Twitter to the former chief operations officer (COO) of his Dick Costolo. This was done with the excuse that he was more focused on product and design Twitter.
"Being a CEO in private enterprise, then take something that is risky for the company is an unpleasant job," he said.
Twitter Transition also involves partnerships with other technology companies. Last year, Twitter made a deal to insert the flow into the Google search engine and Bing from Microsoft. Williams said, as more and more requests for data, Twitter is claimed to have exceeded capacity. Finally, Twitter also signed an agreement with Gnip to sell a portion of the data "firehose" on Twitter.

Facing the "stranglehold" Internet For Business

(Photo: Google)GEORGIA (News CAIRO) - A 75-year-old Georgia woman who said had never heard of the internet facing possible jail term for cutting Internet network for the entire country.
Georgian police detained Hayastan Shakarian after he allegedly cut the fiber optic cable that spreads from Georgia to Armenia, while digging for copper.
With one swing, pensioners were pushed 90% of Internet users in Armenia into darkness for nearly 12 hours online.
This episode is a reminder that what is needed in our high-tech world for thousands of companies close for one day is a desperate old woman with a shovel.
Research carried out by Avanti Communications in October 2010 offers a brief overview of how fundamental the internet for business.
A survey of companies around the world stating that only 1% that can function without the internet proper.
More than a quarter (27%) of those surveyed said that they could not function at all if the internet died, and one in five companies say a week without online will be death for their companies.
"In the past, death of tissue may be preventing buildup of communications at the end of the day," said Chris Kimm, vice president of field operations EMEA at Verizon Business network.
"Today it could mean there is no telephone, email, customer databases, reservation systems, supply chain visibility and effectiveness, and no capability to do business."
Ian Finlay, head of group information at Claranet, said: "The key message is that if you want to avoid the worst you should have a plan and the worst thing for every business is different."
Oliver Pettit, from professional services firm Deloitte, said the main questions for the network provider should include whether they could guarantee up to 100% smooth network.
"What's more, companies have to doubt how tough network and technology provider to the disruption of what is to replace the services," he said.
Some solutions are offered quite frankly. A network provider, Geo, put the cord around the water channel in London.
That completed one major problem that makes telecommunications cable in many vulnerable countries cut off, the cables were placed on utility pipes.
Not only does that mean the cable itself is only a few centimeters below the ground but whenever repairs done on the pipe, the workers must go through fiber optic cable first, which means cutting incident will not be inevitable.

Dzun Nuun is the name for the prophet Jonah 'alaihis greeting ever swallowed by the fish. Try our wahi see my brother, how mustajabnya supplication of Prophet Yunus' alaihis greetings.
This was never mentioned by the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam,
دعوة ذى النون إذ دعا وهو فى بطن الحوت لا إله إلا أنت سبحانك إنى كنت من الظالمين. فإنه لم يدع بها رجل مسلم فى شىء قط إلا استجاب الله له
"Prayer Dzun Nuun (Prophet Yunus) when he prayed in the belly of the whale is: La ilaha ILLAA Anta SUBHAANAKA INNII Kuntu MINAZH ZHAALIMIIN (There is no god has the right to be worshiped except You, Glory to Thee, I was among those who do mayhem). Indeed it is not a Muslim praying in a problem with it but God turn down for him. "(Narrated by Tirmidhi no. 3505. Sheikh Al Albani said that this hadeeth saheeh).
Regarding the prayer of Prophet Yunus' alaihis greeting is also mentioned in the verse,
"And (remember) Dzun Nun (Jonah), when he left in anger, then he thought that We will not narrow it (trouble), then he cried in a very dark situation:" That there is no god but You are right to be worshiped . Maha holy are you, really I was include people who do wrong. " So We have heard his prayer and saved him from the grief and thus do We saved those who believe.

When the prayer was granted Indirect

First: Supplication is worship and a form of obedience to God. The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said,
الدعاء هو العبادة
"Supplication is worship." (Narrated by Abu Dawud no. 1479, At-Tirmidhi no. 2969, Ibn Majah no. 3828 and Ahmad 4 / 267; of An Nu'man ibn Basyir)
Second: Supplication is the cause to prevent reinforcements' disaster.
Third: Benediction was very helpful with the permission of Allah. Benefits of prayer is in three circumstances as mentioned in the following hadith,
«ما من مسلم يدعو بدعوة ليس فيها إثم ولا قطيعة رحم إلا أعطاه الله بها إحدى ثلاث إما أن تعجل له دعوته وإما أن يدخرها له فى الآخرة وإما أن يصرف عنه من السوء مثلها». قالوا إذا نكثر. قال «الله أكثر»
"It is not a Muslim to say a prayer to God for sin and decided not contain Hospitality (among relatives, pen), but God will give him three things: [1] Allah will soon grant do'anya, [2] God will keep him at Hereafter, and [3] God will keep him that such ugliness. "The friend then said," Then we will multiply the prayer. "Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam then said," God will grant the prayers that reproduce -do 'a you. "(Narrated by Ahmad 3 / 18, from Abu Sa'id. Syu'aib Sheikh Al Arnauth said that isnaad jayyid)
Fourth: Benediction is because more and get stronger and help face the enemy.
Fifth: Benediction is a testament and recognition of one's true faith in God either in rububiyah, uluhiyah and His name and nature. Prayer of a man to his Lord indicated that he believed God exists and God is All-Ghoni (Supreme Sufficient), All-Seeing, Supreme Majesty, Most Gracious, Most Capable, Rabb diibadahi simply not entitled to any other.
Sixth: Benediction show proof of one's true resignation to God Almighty. Because a man pray when praying, he is asking for help in God. He also handed over his business to God means not merely on besides Him.
Seventh: Benediction of God's wrath is as a silencer. The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said,
من لم يسأل الله يغضب عليه
"Whoever does not ask to God, then God would be furious at him." (Narrated by Tirmidhi no. 3373. Sheikh Al Albani said that the hadeeth is hasan)
Hopefully, this knowledge gives us the benefits of motivation to continue to pray and a lot of pleading to God. Every prayer must be useful. Any prayers would be best given by God according to His. So do not break to continue begging.
