Representatives of the Guinness World Records, Craig Glenday, as quoted from Yahoonews, Sunday (05/12/2011), said, Junrey broke the record of the world's shortest man who previously held Khagendra Thapa Magar from Nepal who has a 67 centimeter tall.
The announcement was welcomed by parents and the whole Junrey Sindangan County residents in the province of Zamboanga del Norte's in the southern Philippines. They were rewarded Junrey with a party, cake, balloons and also cash.
