Buses Burned, 23 People Killed in India

As many as 23 people were reportedly destroyed in the fire after the bus they were riding out engulfed in flames. The bus burst into flames after a previous break through the bridge and fell in India.

Nahas bus that reportedly fell into the ravine below the bridge approximately 40 kilometers from the city of Vellore, Tamil Nadu. Police say the driver lost control when the accident occurred.

A total of 24 people managed to save themselves from this accident. However Nahas unavoidable with 23 passengers when the fire burned to meet the bus. Some of the victim's body can not be recognized again for the pathetic condition of the body. So reported AFP on Wednesday (06/08/2011).

India is known for its record of road accidents are most severe in the world. Generally cause more accidents caused by drivers who are negligent and often-kebutan racing and road conditions were badly damaged.

In 2009 and then recorded 125 thousand road users killed in road accidents. The number issued by the Bureau of Criminal Note this India, together with 350 deaths every day on the highway in the land of Mahatma Gandhi's.
