Stranded Whale Off UK Coast

Richard Ilderton, of British Divers Marine Life Rescue, described the North Sea is not an appropriate environment for large fish such as whales. "Because there is no food supply," said Iderton, as quoted Dailymail, Wednesday (06/01/2011).

"He died because there was no food, so that malnutrition, become dehydrated because the whales do not drink, they get their fluids from food," he added.

Rescuers had difficulty even restore the giant mammals weighing 20 tons with a length of 4 feet of this.
