The defense ministers of ASEAN or the ASEAN Defence Ministers Meeting (ADMM) five points agreed on cooperation in various sectors in the region of Southeast Asia.

In addition, the Defense ASEAN also agreed on the development of an ASEAN Security Network Center (Peacekeeping Centre). Purnomo added that besides receiving Kemenhan cooperation with ADMM also included eight other countries namely the United States, Russia, China, Japan, Korea, India, Australia and New Zealand.
Five areas of cooperation which will be undertaken include counter terrorism, in which the focus of Indonesia and the United States, Peacekeeping Operations, as co-hosts New Zealand and the Philippines, Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Relief ie, with Vietnam and China.
