5 Cause You Difficult concentration

While reading a book or do chores, do you ever think to immediately check your e-mail or just look at Facebook and Twitter notifications? Beware, because all the data you receive via e-mail, instant messaging, and mobile phones or voice mail is a common cause you to lose concentration when working. There are a number of other causes that can make you focus. Here are some common.
1. Information overload
We live in a world where technology can transfer data at speeds of more than 1 gigabit per second. Unfortunately, the human brain is capable of processing the data at the same speed. All the gadgets, such as, BlackBerry, iPod, laptop, and the iPad, cast information to you so that forces you to accomplish many tasks. Unfortunately, the more tasks you do, the less your ability to focus on one thing.
Try to be organized in the set of information. It would be easier to perform tasks if your information is organized. Also set aside time to rest to get back fresh and recuperate.
2. Lack of sleep
Lack of sleep becomes the main reason why you always giddy. We're busy going from one place to another and often do not meet the need to sleep for seven to eight hours each night. In such a situation, we will lose the ability to focus on tasks.
3. Lack of exercise
Very few of us who deliberately take the time to get exercise. In fact, regular exercise not only helps you maintain or lose weight, but also can improve concentration and memory capacity as well as helping you to sleep soundly at night.
4. Too much stress
Stress affects the brain's cognitive centers. When you stress, anxiety will make you more difficult to concentrate. Try to do meditation so that you feel more relaxed. Learning to meditate can also extend the duration you to focus on something and reduce anxiety.
5. Poor job satisfaction
At certain moments, we will feel unhappy with our work. However, the constant unhappiness can lead to poor job satisfaction, resulting in total disruption in your work. If it were so, try to go to a therapist or start looking for new jobs.
Five points above are just some of the causes is often the case. Of course there are many other causes. Be sure to make lifestyle changes to fight the causes of disturbance.
