Remind UN Related Sudan Ethnic Cleansing

The United Nations (UN) has warned Sudan that pergelutannya activities in Abyei, can lead to ethnic cleansing.

These are considered ethnic cleansing when tens of thousands of residents who fled not to return to the realm of their homes.

"The attack and occupation of Sudanese troops in Abyei led to 30 thousand residents fled to ngok Dinka. If they all did not return to their homes again, this is tantamount to ethnic cleansing,"the UN report on the issue of Sudan, as reported by the Associated Press, Saturday (06/04/2011).

Ethnic cleansing is a political act of violence or terror committed by one ethnic group who intended to exterminate other ethnic groups.

Ethnic cleansing violates international law including humanitarian law and human rights. Perpetrators of ethnic cleansing are also classified as a war criminal.

Previously, Sudan wants UN peacekeepers to leave its territory when an independent Southern Sudan.
