Al-Quds Committee Chairman Halabiya Abu Ahmad called on the Arab and Muslim world to promote solidarity after the Israeli occupation authority (IOA) leveling hundreds of historic graves in the Cemetery Ma'manullah.
Ahmad said that Israel is currently trying to wipe out Islamic style in the city of Jerusalem.
Some important Islamic figures who are considered as the successor to the Prophet Muhammad, was buried in the tomb. Similarly, as reported by the ABNA, Monday (27/06/2011).
Ahmad is a parliament member from the group Hamas warned Israel berenana destroy the whole funeral.
"I remind you, the Zionists will destroy the cemetery. There are also plans to destroy the Bab al-Rahma cemetery is located east of the Al Aqsa Mosque. There was a historic grave of the friend of Allah," he said.
The Israeli government has sent bulldozers to remove the bodies at the cemetery before flattening.
The plan area around the former cemetery will be built hotels, parks, and roads.
