Heavy rain in South Korea, 2 killed

Floods and heavy rains caused the deaths of two people and the loss of four people in South Korea (ROK). Warning of heavy rain will still be performed following a storm Meari.

A total of two people killed were rescue workers and farmers. Meanwhile, four others were missing due to floods caused by heavy rains. Similarly, as reported by AFP on Sunday (26/06/2011).

South Korean government called for storm warnings in some parts of the country. It is estimated that the storm will appear on Sunday through Tuesday in the southern and western coastal areas.

More than 50 airlines and 100 ships to cancel the trip due to bad weather.
