Gaddafi's daughter accuses NATO's War Criminals

Through his lawyer, the daughter of Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi to press charges in France and Belgium to the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO). Aisha Gaddafi has accused NATO of committing war crimes.

Besides accusing NATO as a war criminal, Aisha also accused the northern Atlantic defense pact murder of four other family members Kadhafi, in April.

Lawyer Aisha did not specify who is considered guilty in the attack. But the attack that killed Gaddafi's son and grandson, conducted by NATO military coalition based in Belgium and France.

Atdjian Dominique, one of three lawyers hired by Aisha Gaddafi said, NATO prosecuted because they have committed war crimes. Top French-party claims were asked to find, identify, and punish perpetrators of war crimes committed on 30 April. So reported the Associated Press on Wednesday (08/06/2011).

As is known the attack killed at Seif Al Arab Gaddafi Muammar Gaddafi and three grandchildren. The lawyer said, that one of his grandchildren Gaddafi who was killed was the daughter of Aisha.

Until now, however still a question mark whether Gaddafi's son and grandson were killed in the attack. But the Libyan Government to ensure Gaddafi managed to escape.
While NATO has repeatedly expressed their attacks directed at military facilities are not targeting the Gaddafi family.
