Bomb explodes in 2 Cities in Myanmar

As many as two bombs explode in Myanmar capital Naypyidaw, and the city of Mandalay today.

The first bomb explosion destroyed a car near the market in Mandalay before noon. There has been no information on casualties caused by bombing, but local residents said two people were wounded in the explosion of this bomb.

Meanwhile, a second bomb exploded in a house at Naypyidaw.

"The bomb exploded in an old house near the market Yhabyaykone in Naypyidaw, and there were no casualties in the blast," said one official, told AFP on Friday (06/24/2011).

Lately, Myanmar was haunted by bomb blast. Officials accused the rebel group is the perpetrator of this explosion.

Last month, a bomb blast occurred on a train near Naypyidaw. The bomb killed two people and injuring nine people. The government accused the ethnic Karen rebels as a suspect.

On June 10 Naypyidaw also attacked a bomb that killed two people. Meanwhile, in April, a bomb exploded in the new year commemoration of the Buddha. As many as 10 people were killed and 170 others injured in Yangon.
