German car manufacturers are juggling a V10 sports car Audi R8 Spyder has been whitewashed chrome for the auctioned. The funds collected will be donated to the Elton John Aids Foundation (EJAF).
Auction process is conducted in a charity event titled "White Tie and Tiara Ball". With a view that is now more greasy, R8 Spyder is expected to be released at a high price.
"White Tie and Tiara Ball" which is now entering the age of 13 years is a leading charity event on EJAF and Audi have been following this auction activity since the last eight years.
"Charities that led Sir Elton John is one very effective way of fundraising," said Jeremy Hicks Director of Audi UK, as reported by worldcarfans on Saturday (25/06/2011).
"We are very pleased and very proud to participate for nine years, what's more we donate one of our models that could be considered very glamorous," he added.
