Coffee, smoking is the most enjoyable activity for some people. No wonder, because coffee and cigarettes are a perfect match, like OREO and milk. So if you want to stop smoking avoid drinking coffee.
If you're in the program to quit smoking but does not work, maybe it's because the food you eat trigger the feeling of wanting to smoke again and again.

A study in 2007 which led McClernon from Duke University Medical Center in Nicotine & Tobacco Research says that food influences the smoking habit

Some foods can increase the desire to smoke and several others could stop smoking. Red meat, alcohol and coffee will improve the taste of cigarettes, while vegetables, fruit, milk and non-caffeine drinks such as water and juices will make cigarettes taste in the mouth becomes uncomfortable.

"This explains why people who like to drink coffee like coffee and cigarette smoking because it is a suitable combination, such as OREO and milk," said Joseph McClernon, PhD, professor of the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Duke University Medical Center, as reported by the Health , Sunday (28/02/2010).

In addition to dietary factors, adalagi factors that explain why some people smoke and others do not, namely tongue factor. Not everyone can accept the taste of cigarettes in his mouth.

According to the study, there are some people who are born to not like the taste of cigarettes. People often feel a sense of bitterness or who entered the category of 'bitter tastets' more rarely smoked.

National Institutes of Health researchers compared the subjects of participants who have a genetic ability to feel bitter with the participants who did not have such capabilities.

After doing the analysis, it turns out participants who have the ability to feel bitter that more sensitive (bitter tastets) is very rare that smoking than participants with lower levels of sensitivity.

Although never smoked, bitter tastets easier to quit smoking. In contrast, those with low bitterness level of sensitivity is very easily addicted to nicotine. The results of this 2001 study published in Addictive Behaviors.

So there are some people in this world who have a genetic not like the taste of cigarettes sticking his tongue. Although invented cigarettes with very good taste, his tongue may be rejected.

Fortunately for those who enter the category tastets bitter because they do not need hard hard to find a way to quit smoking.
