How to Stay Healthy and Beautiful

Natural sense of peace that the baby will start to bother with an awareness of events in nature. I wish we still can keep our feelings like a baby, then nothing can disturb the peace, and nothing can steal our happiness.

To remain healthy and beautiful and keep a balance between the physical body with 3 of the following:

Follow nature, ie, animals with no sense of life without realizing it (or spontaneously) and they remain healthy and beautiful unless their routines disrupted manually or with an important state.

Do not hurt either physically or mentally, do not make moral burden. Whatever is passed and in naturally by the body and brain will remain stored within us and gives good and bad impacts (constructive or destructive).

Being a vegetarian is the best practice. Vegetables are very suitable for the body and if it depends entirely may indicate a reflection of the mind and body balanced. agitative substances in green vegetables contain a number of good nutrition.

Infant humans and other living things that lower their levels of consciousness to live in real life. They enjoy every moment, happiness from every direction, open to all dimensions (life), stay healthy and beautiful. Because their activities are parallel to the thinking process. They're on the right path by nature and it all happened except spontaneity they disturbed. There is no restriction at all because there is no consciousness (to ask). From a philosophical point of view of consciousness is just an easier way to restrict ourselves what to do and what not to do.



With increasing age and leave the baby, when it started happening individuality divide ... Most of the unconscious mind will be diverted to a place of consciousness that would not give up (perhaps because of ego), the differences began to emerge and felt by each individual. The fight gave birth to conscious and unconscious psychological interference.
